Artistic series created during Covid-19 lockdown (2020), transforming pharmaceutical pills into imaginary botanical compositions. Mixed media collages exploring the intersection of medicine and nature during global isolation.

These collages (16x21cm) were created during the last 11days before the allegedly predicted extinction by the Maya of the world for the 21.12.2012.

In 2001 I collected passport pictures of unfamiliar Indians together with fabric leftovers during my travels all around India. I created fictive characters by combining the photos and the fabrics in ironed passe-partouts. All together I created 150 different new personalities in the size of 18,5 x 18,5 cm.
